Hi dollllls! For those of you fasting Ramadan Kareem! Today I’m going to be reviewing the 100% Pure Fruit Pigmented Lip & Cheek Tint! This is a multi-use product in the form of a very chubby wind up bullet. I’ll be honest I use this more on my cheeks really but it does look lovely on the lips.
I’ve got the colours Pink Grapefruit Glow and Cranberry Glow. This is my second tube of Pink Grapefruit; it’s a really cute…grapefruit pink colour. It is slightly peachy pink. However there is one that pulls even more peach than this (cleverly named Peach Glow) which I really want to try.
These retail for £19 but I usually get these on offer as 100% Pure always has offers running. I don’t think I would pay full price for these as it does not seem worth it. I never really manage to get through the product as they have only 6 months of shelf life once opened which sucks – I’m not gonna lie. This is pretty standard of 100% Pure though because their products are natural.
These Lip & Cheek Tints are made up of shea butter and cocoa butter so they are very moisturising which is always a good thing if you’re planning on using them on your lips. They also have a high concentration of antioxidants and anti-agin vitamins. I believe these have beeswax in them so vegans – beware! I still find it so cool that 100% Pure use fruit pigments to make the different shades in their makeup; it’s a really cool idea.
They also smell quite nice too although I don’t find the smell too overpowering. Once it;s blended onto your cheeks or lips, the smell is not noticeable – just for those of you that are sensitive to smell.
I usually swipe it on either side of my cheek and either use a stippling brush to stipple it in or use my fingers to dab it in so it’s nice and blended. I love cream blushes because they add such a nice dewy healthy glow to the cheeks. I wish the lasting power was a little better but if I’m going to be out all day I like to top it up with a powder blush on top. I think maybe the 100% Pure Lip & Cheek Stains are probably more longer lasting so I might have to give those a try.
Hope you guys enjoyed this quick review! Make sure you guys have subscribed to my blog if you haven’t already as I will be doing some videos pretty soon.
